- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn
- 1 small can (17 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Directions

1Cook your vegetable in saucepan on slow boil until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Dot with butter or margarine. Place sandwich cheese over top of vegetable to cover.

2Place in oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
