- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten thick
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. corn (fresh grated, canned, frozen or cooked)
- 2 egg whites
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Melt butter and stir in flour.

2Add milk gradually, stirring. Bring to a boil.

3Add corn and egg yolks.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Cook 10 minutes or longer.

6Fold in egg whites.

7Spoon into buttered baking dish.

8Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
