  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten thick
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. corn (fresh grated, canned, frozen or cooked)
  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Melt butter and stir in flour.

    Add milk gradually, stirring. Bring to a boil.

    Add corn and egg yolks.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook 10 minutes or longer.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Spoon into buttered baking dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
