- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. cooked corn, sieved
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour and mix to a smooth paste.

2Add milk and corn; cook until thick, stirring occasionally.

3Remove from heat; add beaten egg yolks, salt, cheese and green pepper.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into greased baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Serve hot.
