  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour together; add beaten egg yolks, corn and milk.

    Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Pour into buttered pan and bake for 40 minutes at 375°.
