- 2 to 3 halibut steaks
- salt and pepper
- rosemary flakes
- basil flakes
- green onions, sliced thin
- ginger, minced
- garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- lemon slices
Directions

1In nonstick frying pan, heat oil.

2Sprinkle halibut with salt, pepper and garlic powder, followed by rosemary and basil flakes. Arrange in frying pan and cover for 3 minutes.

3Turn halibut and cover for another 3 to 5 minutes or until flesh is opaque and flaky when touched with a fork.

4Garnish with minced ginger and finely sliced green onions and lemon slices.

5Serve with rice pilaf.
