- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Dissolve flour in melted butter.

2Add sugar and stir well. Slowly add evaporated milk.

3Stir in eggs and baking powder.

4Add corn; blend thoroughly.

5Pour into 2-quart casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Sprinkle top of casserole with mixture of cinnamon and sugar when baking is complete.

8Yields 6 to 8 servings.
