  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, mushrooms, onion and corn and pour into a well-greased souffle dish.

    Beat eggs, half and half and parsley together and pour over the top.

    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
