- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, mushrooms, onion and corn and pour into a well-greased souffle dish.

3Beat eggs, half and half and parsley together and pour over the top.

4Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
