  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can regular corn, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Melt butter, add slightly beaten eggs and sour cream.

    Add corn; stir.

    Add Jiffy corn mix; stir again.

    Bake in a greased 9x9 pan at 350 degree oven uncovered for 45 minutes.

    Sometimes I double this recipe and use a 9 x 13 pan.
