- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can regular corn, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Melt butter, add slightly beaten eggs and sour cream.

2Add corn; stir.

3Add Jiffy corn mix; stir again.

4Bake in a greased 9x9 pan at 350 degree oven uncovered for 45 minutes.

5Sometimes I double this recipe and use a 9 x 13 pan.
