- 3 gal. milk
- 1-1/4 gal. Canned cream-style corn
- 1-3/4 cups instant tapioca
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup butter
Directions

1Mix milk, corn, tapioca, onion, salt and pepper in steam-jacketed kettle or large saucepot.

2Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently.

3Add butter.

4Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Thin with additional hot milk, if necessary.
