- 2 lb. carrots, cut in round pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- dash of paprika
- 1 large green pepper (strips)
- 1 large onion (strips or rings)
Directions

1Cook carrots with salt until tender; cool and drain.

2Cook sugar, soup, vinegar and seasonings until thick and mustard dissolves.

3In a dish layer carrots, green pepper and onion.

4Pour mixture over, then another layer and more mixture.

5Refrigerate.
