  • 10 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min.

    or until softened.

    Stir in spinach, corn and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min.

    or until spinach is wilted.

    Remove from heat.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan; mix well.

    Pour into ovenproof baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
