- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1In a deep casserole (2-quart), mix everything, but cheese. When well mixed, top with cheese.

2Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven.
