  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 to 2/3 stick butter

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in bowl and pour into Pam sprayed casserole dish, approximately 9 x 11-inch.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes.

    Last 5 minutes of baking, sliced Swiss cheese can be added.
