  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 8 1/2-oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 8-oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1 8-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded processed Swiss cheese

Directions

    Combine eggs, muffin mix, cream-style

    and whole kernel corn, sour cream and butter or margarine. Spread in 11 x 7 x 1 3/4 baking dish.

    Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or till knife comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
