  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix or Martha White mix
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Beat the eggs and add all the other ingredients.

    Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes at an oven temperature of 375°, or until firm and nicely browned.
