- 6 medium zucchini
- 1 (12 oz. size) can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped chives or dried
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.

2Cook in salted water for 10 minutes.

3Carefully remove pulp.

4Drain corn and zucchini pulp well, then combine with salt, onions and chives.

5Pile mixture in zucchini shells and place in 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.
