- 1 pkg. frozen corn tortillas
- 2 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar make a good combination)
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small can diced green chili
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2To fresh tortillas, dip in hot fat and drain.

3The tortillas should still be soft.

4To make sauce, mix 1/2 of cheese with soup.

5Add 2/3 soup can of milk.

6Stir in green chili.

7To make casserole, put spoonful of sauce in dish as it greasing it.

8Then layer tortillas and cheese sauce.

9Cover with remaining cheese sauce.

10Bake 50 minutes.
