Corn With Herb Oil

  • 4 ears Corn, Peeled And Shucked
  • 1/3 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 whole Garlic Cloves, Grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Directions

    Heat a large pot filled 2/3 with water on high heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add corn, reduce heat, and allow corn to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water.

    While corn is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Once corn is cooked and cooled slightly, brush some herb oil on all sides of the corn. Serve.

    Note: This recipe makes the herb oil very garlic-intense. If you don't enjoy the taste of garlic as much, omit the garlic salt or grated garlic from the recipe.
