  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
  • 3 c. sliced ripe peaches

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan.

    Stir until smooth.

    Cook over medium heat until bubbly and thick.

    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
