  • 1 cornbeef brisket 3 pounds
  • 1 tsp fine ground mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp black ground pepper
  • 4 lb coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Michiu rice wine

    put brisket and spices in pot cover with water and boil this will take time put fat side down boil 6 hours covered ,adding water to keep water above the brisket halfway through 3 hrs turn the brisket add the cabbage the 5th hour
