- 1 c. sifted flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted or vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Add milk, eggs and butter.

3I melt butter in an iron skillet and pour into mixture.

4Then bake in iron skillet at 425° for 20 minutes.
