- 1 chopped onion
- 1 lb. sausage (hot or regular)
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. cheese
- 2 pkg. cornbread mix
Directions

1Cook onion and sausage in skillet until brown.

2Prepare cornbread and pour half of batter in a deep skillet.

3Drain grease from sausage and onions.

4Put sausage mixture on top of half the cornbread mixture.

5Pour corn, then cheese over the sausage.

6Add remaining cornbread batter and bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bread is browned.
