- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried minced onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put oil in iron skillet; put skillet in oven while preheating to 375°.

2Meanwhile, mix other ingredients in bowl.

3When oven is heated, remove skillet; pour excess oil in cornbread mixture and mix.

4Pour mix into skillet and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
