  • 160 grams Cake flour
  • 100 grams Corn meal
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 80 grams Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Whole egg

Directions

    In a bowl, combine the corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    In another bowl, melt the butter.

    Heat the milk until it's warm to the touch, add to the butter and combine.

    In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and the milk and butter mixture along with beaten egg and fold in.

    Pour the batter in a mold and bake at 170C preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
