  • 1 1/2 c. Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 c. Corn Meal
  • 4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 c. Melted Butter
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add milk, lightly beaten egg and vanilla to the melted butter.

    Add the liquid to dry ingredients and put into greased pan.

    Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
