  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together eggs, both sugars, vanilla and oil. Gradually stir in flour. Add pecans. Preheat oven to 325°. Bake 45 minutes. Center may be soft. Do not overbake.
