- 1 egg
- 4 tblspns butter
- 1 package Jiffy 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
- 1/3 cup milk

1["Grill corn till nice and toasted. Cut kernels from cob. Mix all ingredients together and blend by hand. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let batter sit while oven is preheating. Greese a 9\" square pan. Bake for 35 minutes or untill the top is toasted nice and brown.
