- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Saute onion for several minutes in margarine.

3Cook beef until brown; drain.

4Pour onion, margarine and tomato sauce over mixed vegetables.

5Simmer several minutes.

6Mix cornbread mix as directed.

7Pour over top of beef and vegetables and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
