  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • Ritz crackers, crushed (for top)

Directions

    Mix onion, chestnuts, cheese, vegetables and mayonnaise together.

    Place in baking dish; sprinkle Ritz crackers on top and dab with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
