  • 2 c. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 large can creamed corn or 1 small can creamed and 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained

    Bake in ungreased glass Corning Ware at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
