Cornbread Casserole

- 1 can Sweet Corn
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except cheese) well and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350F for about 45 to 55 minutes. It shouldn't be too jiggly in the middle, but it won't be extremely firm, either. If desired, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top about 5 minutes before removing the casserole from the oven. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
