Cornbread Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. cornbread mix
Directions

1Heat soup; cook onion in oleo until tender.

2Add to soup mixture.

3Add salt.

4Cook chicken until tender, cool and cut into cubes.

5Pour soup mixture in baking dish; sprinkle cubed chicken over top.

6Mix cornbread according to directions on package. Spoon cornbread over top of soup and chicken mixture, covering entire top.

7Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.

8Serve hot.
