- 1 1/2 qt. crumbled cornbread
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 c. English walnuts, chopped
- broth
Directions

1Make rather dry cornbread the day before you intend to make the dressing.

2Fry the onion in the butter and add to the cornbread.

3Add the beaten eggs, celery and chopped nuts.

4Use broth to soak the cornbread.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
