  • 2 c. cornbread crumbs
  • 2 c. light bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. onions, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery

    Soak crumbs in 1 quart chicken broth.

    Saute onions and celery over low fire.
