  • 3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 5 c. crumbled cornbread
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. broth

Directions

    Cook celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Pour over bread crumbs and cornbread.

    Add beaten eggs and broth. (If too stiff, add a little water.)

    Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown.
