  • 4 cups of crumbled cornbread (I use 2 boxes of jiffy mix,bake and then measure out 4 cups)
  • 4 crumbled biscuits
  • 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 celery ribs (chopped)
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs

    In large bowl mix bread and broth.

    Allow to soak.

    Add onions,celery and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Add butter.

    Put in a 9x13 dish.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
