- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 loaf stale bread
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix, bake as directed
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. margarine
- salt, pepper and sage to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine on top of stove; saute onions and celery until soft.

2Crumble baked cornbread and stale bread into large bowl. Pour butter and vegetables on bread; add broth and seasonings. Mix well.

3Add water if you like it moister.

4Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350°.
