Ingredients

  • 1 pan cornbread, cooled and crumbled
  • 1 large bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing mix
  • giblets from turkey, boiled, cooled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. melted butter (probably a little more)
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 1 can chicken broth (optional)
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • sage to taste
  • cayenne to taste
  • poultry seasoning to taste

Directions

    Prepare ingredients as listed.

    Mix everything in a very big bowl.

    Use broth from turkey to keep dressing moist.

    Spoon into a greased baking dish or stuff into turkey in the last 30 minutes of turkey baking.
