- 4 c. cornbread crumbs
- 4 c. white bread crumbs or 4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 or 3 tsp. sage
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 c. hot chicken broth
Directions

1Melt butter and lightly saute onions and celery in pan.

2Add to bread crumb mixture, which has been crumbled in bowl.

3Add other ingredients and mix well with hands or large spoon.

4Spoon into shallow pans and press.

5Bake at 400° for about 20 or 25 minutes.

6Serves 8.

7Serve with turkey, hen or duck.
