Cornbread Dressing

  • 2 pkg. yellow cornbread mix
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 3 to 4 boiled eggs, chopped
  • sage, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix cornbread mix to package directions and bake.

    Mix remaining ingredients and crumble cornbread; mix well.

    Mixture should be soupy (if needed, add water to make soupy).

    Pour into baking dish and bake at 350° until done and golden brown.

    (If desired, 1 box wild rice can be added.)
