- Egg bread (recipe below)
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farms Herb dressing mix
- 8 slices bread
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 whole bunch of celery, chopped in blender
- 2 gallons chicken broth
- 2 large onions, chopped or 3 cups onion flakes
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Boil chicken broth.

2Break up egg bread, crackers, herb dressing mix.

3Add celery, onions, soup, eggs.

4Pour hot chicken broth over mixture and let stand 30 minutes or more.

5Mix well, using as much chicken broth as needed to make real moist.

6Salt to taste.

7Bake in large pan one hour and 45 minutes on 375 degrees. May take longer.

8Bake until nice and brown.

9Serve with gravy on side (recipe follows).
