  • 3 raw eggs
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • broth (enough to moisten mixture)
  • chicken or turkey

    Mix lightly the cornbread, eggs, onions, margarine, broth, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
