  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, baked
  • 2 lb. shrimp

    Saut veggies in butter; add shrimp and cook until pink. Add soups and continue cooking until shrimp are done. Add crumbled cornbread; put mixture in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
