- 1c butter
- 1c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 16oz can creamed corn
- 1/2c each grated cheddar and Jack cheese
- 1c flour
- 1c yellow corn meal
- 4tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp salt
Directions

1In food processor, cream butter, sugar and add eggs one at a time. Add corn, cheese and dry ingredients and chiles if desired and pulse a few times to combine. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
