  • 2 c. white buttermilk cornbread mix
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar (depends on your taste)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 can evaporated milk plus enough water to equal 2 1/2 c.
