- 1 cup lentils cooked, or 1 can
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 stock celery
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Directions

1Add all ingredients (except parsley) into a blender or food processor.

2Blend on low until everything is finely chopped.

3Pour into a serving dish and top with fresh parsley.
