  • 1 cup lentils cooked, or 1 can
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 stock celery
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Directions

    Add all ingredients (except parsley) into a blender or food processor.

    Blend on low until everything is finely chopped.

    Pour into a serving dish and top with fresh parsley.
