- 1 34 cups self-rising cornmeal (white or yellow)
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425F.

2Put a little oil or bacon drippings in 9 x 9 brownie pan or you can use large cast iron fry pan.

3put pan in oven to heat oil.

4Mix all the ingredients together and pour into pan.

5bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top is browned.

6I cook mine at a little lower temperature for longer since my oven cooks hotter.

7You'll know it's ready when top has lightly browned.
