  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil or bacon drippings

    Beat egg and milk; add to dry ingredients.

    Blend oil or bacon drippings into this and pour into greased muffin pans.
