Cornbread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal (either way)
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups water

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together then add liquids.

    Melt 1/4 cup Crisco in 9 by 13 inch pan, (glass or metal) and pour mixture over top of very hot, melted crisco.

    Don't over stir mixture.

    Bake in 425 degree oven for approximately 30-40 minutes.

    (depending on oven).
  6. 6
    Great just from the oven or cold.
