Ingredients

  • 2 c. dried light breadcrumbs
  • 2 c. dried cornbread crumbs
  • 2 c. chicken broth (2 cubes), dissolved in 2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten or 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Place in greased 3 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
